Requests and attachments

Project requests store your name, email, optional details, project description, requested meeting and uploaded files privately. Local development uses a separate SQLite database; production requires PostgreSQL. Files are accessible only through authenticated administration. Do not upload passwords, identity documents, banking details or other confidential information.

Requests and files are removed by an hourly task after the retention period shown in the request form, except active or confirmed meetings, which require owner review. Work-time records are managed separately until the owner deletes them. Retention does not automatically cancel external calendar events.

Email and calendar

When configured, Resend receives the contact message or request notification for delivery. Submission does not guarantee inbox delivery. Google Calendar is connected only with the owner's authorization; confirming a meeting creates an event and sends an invitation with the visitor's name, email and requested time. Private attachments are not sent to Google.

Opening the original Google booking calendar loads an embedded page from Google, which receives connection data and any booking details you enter under its own policies. It is not loaded before you choose to open it. Bookings made there remain in Google and are not automatically copied to the private request panel.

AI assistant

Only when live AI is configured and you consent, your question and approved public company sources are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. This application does not store conversations. The provider's own retention conditions apply. Do not enter personal or confidential information. The assistant cannot access private requests or carry out actions.

Preferences and private access

There is no advertising analytics. Theme preferences use localStorage. Private access uses a necessary HttpOnly session cookie lasting up to twelve hours. Public request and AI endpoints use rate limits for security. Direct email and phone links open external applications.

This privacy information describes the local implementation. Actual hosting, production providers, legal basis, retention and international transfers must be reviewed before publication.
